Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

La MAYO consists of sugar, corn starch (E1442), vinegar powder (maltodextrin, vinegar), salt, flavours, mustard powder, colour (E171).

  • • Add 60g (4 table spoons) of La MAYO powder with 200ml of water to make approx. 1 cup (250mL) of mayonnaise.
  • • Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  • • Leave the mix to stand for 5 minutes to develop the right texture.

Once mayonnaise has been reconstituted, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3-4 days.

The La Mayo powder does not require refrigeration. Once the mayonnaise has been reconstituted, then it will require refrigeration.
